What is winterizing? And why is this so important?
Winterizing is a simple process of closing your swimming pool before the cold weather rolls in. With over 15 years experience in winterizing pools of all levels, designs, and sizes from residential to commercial I have been successful in opening every pool I have done in the closing season, in the summer because all the plumbing underground and mechanically had been winterized professionally. Properly closing your pool will prevent damage to your pool and your equipment. Winterizing is important because most pool owners can’t perform regular swimming pool maintenance during winter, costs of heat and electricity exceeds far more then most can afford and or handle.
